When beginning a project like having your dream home built you have to trust the expertise of the skilled people working for you.

When you decide to build your dream home while you are still working and living overseas then you have to have extra trust in your trades people. We arrived home and were wowed by the finish of our new home. The quality and craftsmanship throughout is second to none. The exterior plastering on the house is a real feature of the property and the finish is stunning. Now two years down the track the house still looks as good as the day we moved in.

Eric and his team did an excellent job with the Specialised Caviteclad plaster EIFS on our house. The quality of workmanship and finish is of a very high standard and we are thrilled with the outcome. I have been in the building industry for many years and the standout feature of Eric’s work, apart from the finished product, is his care and attention to detail in making sure that the product is installed technically correctly and that all possible weather tightness issues are considered and resolved. We chose the Specialised system as it appears to offer a superior fixing and flashing system. Other plusses are that Eric and his team when on site are friendly and polite and take the time to clean up after themselves each day. Eric also offered valuable advice about painting the finished plaster and helped out on other areas of water proofing on the house.
